Women's Discipleship Overview
The goal of Women's discipleship is to create a community of women who are aware of the needs of the other women in our church body and who then respond to those needs with support, discipling, and counsel as needed.
We believe in the Titus 2 model of women discipling other women, so both women involved in a discipling relationship grow and become more like Christ.
In order for this kind of community to develop, we seek to provide times of fellowship and fun so women can come together to develop friendships, as well as times of training and Bible study so women can grow in their knowledge and application of God.

Tuesday Morning Women's Bible Study
Meets from 9–11 a.m. and 7–9 p.m. each 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month.
This Tuesday Bible study is open to women who desire to dig into the Bible with other women. No previous experience needed! You will learn as you go.
This year we are studying the book of John, using a study guide titled John: That you may believe by Kathleen Nielson. Study guides are available and you are welcome to join us at any time. We go through the same study in the morning and evening, so you can attend either time for the same lesson each week!
Contact Colleen Grogan for more information.
Thursday Morning Women's Bible Study
Meets on Thursdays from 9–11 a.m. every other week (beginning Sep. 11) at the church office.
This Bible study will be reading and studying 1 and 2 Thessalonians with Beth Moore's Children of the Day to guide our discussions.
Contact Wendy Detroy for more information.
Thursday Morning Moms
We meet one Thursday per month from 9:15–11 a.m. in the church building.
The theme for Thursday Morning Moms this year is "Choosing Slow." We will be studying Habits of Grace by David Mathis to learn more about building the spiritual disciplines of prayer, God's Word and fellowship with the Body of Christ into our lives. We will spend time thinking through the practical ways we can do this, as well as hear from more experienced moms who have demonstrated a commitment to building their lives on this foundation. We will also listen to some podcasts to stimulate discussion related to parenting, marriage, discipline of children and similar topics.
Thursday Morning Moms is open to moms of all ages and stages of life who desire to build relationships with other moms. The leaders are more "experienced" moms who seek to love and nurture younger mothers. Activities continue throughout the summer as well, as we gather at the church office playground to pray together (with our eyes on the kids!) as the children play together.
Childcare is provided during the school year, and older children (4 years and older) are involved in their own class where they have a Bible lesson, crafts, and snacks. For more information, contact Colleen Grogan.
